That is bull****. This seems to be happening more and more around here lately. Just a while back some prick was selling slithers cube ac's apps and a couple of more people's apps. This is getting out of hand. At this rate, people will stop developing apps for these phones and we will be left w/ the bloatware **** our providers decide to stick us with.
Oli, I live in the US but if you need anything from me, including flying to France to hunt this asshat down and remove their genitals, you let me know.
i dont know anything about french laws, but arent there any international laws that can do something? Im sure you can show proof of authorship...anything that can be done through that? though the genital removing is quite satisfactory.

Best way to get the ****ers is to list an item for less and undercut them.

I cant do much at all...but if somebody tells me there AOL/AIM screen names, i could most likely find out the passw0rd....and if its an AOL, it will have all there info attached to it.

The application is pretty much simple (i think).
Give Thanks is both an active and passive conditions.
*Conditions:
Passive (IN): when we received something from someone
Active (OUT): we gave something to someone (gift, encouragement, etc)
*Situations:
Happy, Sad, Angry, etc (possitive or negative)
Ex:
1. When i was sad, my friend came and encouraged me -> I choosed "IN"
and "Sad/Negative" + adding some note ("Gracia supported me when i am down")
2. When i was happy, i bought a cup of coffee to my friend -> i choosed "OUT" and "Happy/Possitive" + add some note
3. Even when we are alone we still can say thanks for our Health.
*Report/Summary:
Graph/percentage/total of IN and OUT when "+" or "-" situations.
Hopefully it will gave us the encouragement to give more to others (as we are a light and candle)
That's it. I really hope it can be done in wm6.

Learned HD2 users and general clever bods. I love this forum and the stuff some of you clever people do, had my HD2 for a few months now and got it tweaked with all sorts from this site. The one complaint is always about the apps/app store/marketplace and I notice there are a few people working on a better solution than Windows own one and I cannot wait until this is up and running as anything would be better than that disaster.
I would really love if some can convert/create an Iphone app I was playing on a friends iphone the other day, its the Air Traffic Controller game http://www.iphonefootprint.com/2009...the-iphone-with-flight-control-from-firemint/
Any help would be great and I would happily "donate".

But without any information what "a police-scanner" is and where you have seen this app, the information from your side is very poor....

There are also programs for the HD2. A Dutchman has made a program where you can track the police, firefighters, ambulance and Royal Dutch Rescue Society via RSS feed and google maps mobile. Perhaps there is something in other countries.

Actually Radio Shack sells receivers, but with the digital invasion, it is getting tougher to hear them, frequency hoping and such.
Analog signals were easier to follow
I couldn't get wunderradio to work for me, but this is what I did do to FINALLY get a LIVE POLICE SCANNER.
Download http://hp.vector.co.jp/authors/VA032810/
GSPlayer for PocketPC and install it.
Then go to http://m.radioreference.com/?a=la and find the .mp3 stream you like.
Then just copy it into GSplayer. I did this copy and paste way with mymobiler.
It should buffer and then connect.
IF you guys find an easier way please share.
OMG... I'm an idiot. It works with Wunder Radio. Just copy the url into the "OpenURL" and it should connect. For the life of me I didn't see "OPENURL" and was trying to use the search function....

yeah metta 24 is absolutely correct. my friend with an iphone has an app where you can listen to live police feeds. lol its not illgeal and usually you can get them from the county's website of where one lives. lol some old people listen to live police radio feeds to see if there is trouble in a neighborhood. i just thought it would be nice to have one and i saw it on the iphone
Yeah the iPhone has a couple of these apps. They are pretty cool.
That is one thing I'm going to miss and probably be pissed off about once I make the permanent switch to my HD2 from my iPhone.
The iPhone is the preferred platform to make a mobile app for in the eyes of most businesses. I mean the App store has only been around for a couple years and it has pretty much blown away what WinMo has to offer.
Yes there are a lot of "apps" for WInMo but they are strewn all over the place. If you look in M$ Marketplace under free/utilities there's like 14...

Oh well though. The positives still outweigh the negatives for me.

This is Phil Farrand. I invented the Vainworks Stand. I think the Facinate is the same thing as the Galaxy S from AT&T (Wouldn't it be nice if cell phone manufacturers just call the same phone the same name?! ;-)
Anyways, I have tested the Galaxy S from AT&T and included the results on the full Compatibility Chart. Just go to the site, scroll to the bottom and click on the link that says "Click here for more phones and info." (xda won't let me put in a link because I'm new.)
As I recall, the Galaxy S worked pretty well!
I only opened for business last Sunday night (Jan 2, 2011) so there aren't many Stands out there yet. (Vainworks is a small operation. It's just me! No big advertising dollars. No angel invester. But... it's like an epic! So, this should be interesting. ;-)

The Fascinate is a little different than the Captivate, but probably not enough so to be an issue.
