hiya people , im currently with o2 online , i have checked my phone bill today and its 10 days behind , i have also been on bbcs watch dog service and submitted the problem to the website , and if i was u , u lot should do the same as if they get loads of reports about o2 online they will look into it , i have had the account with o2online for the past yr now i still aint happy with the sh*t i never had any problems with the phone except gprs , i have emailed mycare again today , and all the o2 address\'s on o2.com. http://www.bbc.co.uk/watchdog/contact/mobilephones.shtml go there and submit reports i have..

Beware of Phoneystore or is it phony store??

I went to phoneystore.com last year in the hope of replacing my tytn II screen and yes i bought it for $146 as the item came, i could not wait to install it but wait why does it show a blank white screen?? maybe i bricked my rom or something but no the LCD it self was damaged. After contacting Phoneystore.com the admin assured me that he will replace it only if i returned the defected LCD so i sent it back and waited and waited and yet no reply. So i visit the site and whoa..guess what it was telling me its under maintainece this was last December so i lost hope because i knew these people are frauds then today as i went through my emails i saw one of the old emails that i sent and again i visited the site and its still under maintainnece and i guess they really proved to be what they were Frauds and phony!!! BEWARE: There are people on this forum who will refer u them to you, just like me and u can even do couple of searches on my post and u will a thread where i ask for help for my LCD and there are people who referred me that site. Phoneystore.com is nothing but PHONY!!!

I say the wait is over, what I actually mean is that as a result of O2's 3 separate systems, you either need to (pretend to) be a business customer or be a new customer. Either way it's out, you just need to be lucky to speak to the 'right' advisor .

ps. The phone was in fact released on the 6th of this month as originally forecast, they simply chose not to make it available .

I am an O2 exec customer (fool - big bills) and I got a call from O2 couple of weeks ago confirming that it was coming out on the 3rd of November and offered to send me one as soon as it was available. I still have not received it but will keep you posted. It must be soon now
i just called the customer service and the lovely lady said it will be released some time next week. The other lady told me it will be released on next tuesday
Ooh, now I'm not normally a fan of operators putting their own branding/colours into the interfacem but that blue TF3D looks reeeaaal purdy
O2 Forums all say it's out. Many have already ordered and are awaiting delivery .
Nope just called them and it is not out yet The release date they have on their system is 10th November but none have become available. I have been promised a handset as soon as it becomes available so I will let you know when I have more news.

[Q] Expansys Experiences?

Has anyone had any recent purchases from Expansys?
I've been reading around their reviews aren't good.
Apparently communication and customer support is bad.
Been using them for years, with no major issues.
And they do get the nice "toys" before most
They are good in general, just hope you dont have any problems.
I got one of the IMate 8502 earlier on this year for £99 and after a few days the E key stopped working then another week on the L key stopped also.
I dident want to change to a different device as they did not have anything close for the price so I asked them about replacement as the device was no longer under warranty from IMate and they said if I sent it in then it would go to replace/refund depending on stock.
Anyway lots of emails backwards and forwards and they would not do anything unless I sent in the device. So I did reluctantly and I phoned them (this was a mission in itself) and spoke to the customer services manager and asked him if they cant fix please send it back as I could still use it and I did not want a refund if they could not replace.
One week later I got a refund, no call or email when I asked them not to and after numerous emails (all with no reply) I tried calling the manager many many but he was either sick, on leave, in a meeting but never returned my calls.
So as long as your devices does not break then they are great, if you want more proof take a look at their support forum it says a lot.

Hello.
Also bought the same phone from Expansys and had no problem.
I guess keyboard failures can be fixed by opening the phone and fixing the keyboard properly.

Shipment problems , Google sleeping and UPS stealing . Have a few questions .

So , my father ordered the new nexus 5 for me (From google play) . Ordered it on the 31'st of october , ~27 minutes after the release in Italy.
All was good untill the delivery guy posted on the UPS site (appeared on package tracking) that the delivery adress does not exist . After my father called and gave them more specific delivery details they made a reschedule for the delivery .
This is where the problem starts : Delivery guy came , handed over the package and left . My dad only noticed that the shipping box was empty only after the delivery guy left . Called google , they started an investigation (no word from them since then) , called UPS (they started an investigation as well) , UPS came for the package a couple of days later , took the package , "investigated it" and posted on the package's tracking numer the following :
"11/12/2013 10:30 A.M. Merchandise is missing. UPS will notify the sender with additional details."
Now , my problems , main concerns and questions are :
1) If i informed myself well enough , UPS has sent the shipper (google's deposit in Amsterdam) the details of the case , Google must now send them some proof of what was in the box , with bills etc . and after this UPS must give them the money back in order to send me a replacement . Am I right about this ?
2)How much time is the whole process from point 1) going to take ?
3)Is it even possible for me (actually my father since he used his credit card) not to get a replacement/refund ?
4)If they are going to issue a replacement , is it going to take priority in delivery since I should have had the phone in my hands no later than nov. 8th ?
P.S - Posted in my other topic as well , even bumped it but no one answered . I just made this topic to be more specific and maybe get some more help .

Dude only Google and UPS can aswer those questions you ask. How can anyone here know how fast this issue will be resolved? I hope it will be settled soon for you and good luck

Well if Google locks and disables the missing phone it will be resolved very soon i hope, and they will send another phone asap i guess.

Well , not so ASAP since they have not responded since the 6th of nov.
Hope it's going to end soon , i can't handle this . Knowing that everyone else is receivig the nexus 5 and mine is missing

I haven't run into this issue specifically - but i've had experience and see situations with other companies/products and UPS, very similar to this. From my experience, getting you a new device will depend specifically on the company and UPS. I would think being that it's Google, you'd think they would be faster than some mom'n'pop shop.
I'd say it should be about a month from when the error was noticed (you getting your empty) package but seeing that they haven't replied since the 6th, you're SOL my friend.
Patience and frustration is all you have.

Well , The only thing that is making me think I'm not SOL is the last status update from UPS (highlighted with blue in my this topic's first post , status update was posted in the tracking option on the UPS site on 12 nov.) .
Other than that I fell like s*it and I'm extremly frustrated now .

That's true - that's a positive thing to see. I guess I overlooked that it said the 12th. Then it sounds like it's just taking longer than expected. Figuring out where a missing device went worth that amount, is something to investigate.

I just hope I can get my hands on a replacement before Chrismas

si,m network unlock code sorted

After trawling through the net and this site for a day trying to unlock my Spanish Vodafone note 3 I decided to give this Russian website a go...
I had rooted the phone earlier in the day and used chainfires region unlock, but I still couldn't use other sims
Went to a Russian site called www dot puman dot ru I cant post a link as im a new member but im sure you get the dot thing !!
I was a little concerned as it said no refund,,, but the guy was online and very helpful...
Paid the money... got the code within minutes, and with his help via chat my phone is unlocked and working great..
