Is there a program, preferably free, that will count the accumulative minutes online within a web browser on xda2.

Possible to 'get x days' of email and *keep* old emails?

WM Standard (smartphone) has a 'feature' where if you specify x days of emails to get, it will delete from the device any emails outside of that range. Is there a way to prevent this auto-deletion?
The only option that doesn't delete old emails is obviously the option to download ALL emails, which is bad if you have 10,000+ emails. That is why I want the option to limit the amount of emails to download, but not at the expense of losing old emails. Even gmail's 'recent' trick of 30 days is too much for my taste. I thought it was a problem with gmail's pop3 implementation but the exact same thing happens over gmail imap, so it must be a problem with wm.
I know on WM Classic/Professional, there is a trick where you can tell it to get only headers but strangely also grab x amount of the body:
* [x] Only display messages from the last __ days
* Get full body / get message headers only
* [x] Include __KB of message body
Somehow, this leads to old emails not being deleted.
But on Standard (smartphone), I only see:
* Download messages: Today, past 3, past 5, past 7, past 30, all
* Message download limit: 2K, 5K, 50K, just text, headers only, all
So I can't use that trick since headers and body limit are not separate options.
I just need a freaking: [x] Do not automatically delete old emails.
Sure, I have a copy back on the PC, but I'm screwed if I need to look at that email when I'm not near my PC. How would you feel if wm decided to remove from the device all contacts that you haven't used past 30 days? Or remove photos older than 30 days? Obviously they don't do that, but why do they do it for one of the most important features of the device?!
Is this the choice of have to make?
* Download emails from the last x days and lose all others.
or
* Download all 10,000 emails and get to keep your old emails.
or
* Download all 10,000 email headers, get to keep your old emails, but have to tag and wait for the download each email body I want to look at.
Are you using a POP3 or IMAP account ??
When u specify "download x days email" to 3 days, what is it's behaviour:
a) does it download emails which are beyond 3 days and then delete it or
b) does not even download the emails beyond 3days...

[Q] IE9 Mobile or Desktop?

I've tried both mobile and desktop versions of IE9 on WP7.5 and I don't really notice a difference. Which do you prefer and why? Which version has better HTML5 integration?
Funny that when you are actually asking for an opinion you can't get one.
I use desktop mode... All sites work well so no problems...

You put the pc desktop version of IE on your phone ?.
The only difference between the "desktop version" and the "mobile version" is the user agent.
Meaning what exactly? I'd appreciate your input. Thanks.
@gentry33: Expanding on what the member with the oddly similar name to mine said above, the User Agent String is a (very old name for) a piece of text that every Web client (such as a browser, a seach engine's crawler, or any other program that accesses a web server) sends to the server. The string is supposed to identify the "user agent" - the program that is accessing the server - so that the server knows what the user's capabilities are.
For mobile IE9, there are two user agent strings the browser can send. One of them clearly identifies the device as a mobile browser, and contains portions which are recognized by many web servers as indications that it should serve a mobile-friendly page. The other one looks like the user-agent string sent by desktop IE9, though there is still enough info in it to tell it came from a phone if you know what to look for.
Switching the browser "mode" in Mango just changes which string gets sent. It has no other effect on the browser at all. Some websites will serve a different page when they see the clearly-mobile user agent, so for those sites the browser will appear to be doing something different. It's not, though; the server is sending different HTML, and the browser is rendering it in exactly the same manner that it always does.

To see a live example of this, check here and look for the row with the first column that says "User-Agent." Trying the page on different browsers will (usually) yield different results, as explained by GoodDayToDie.

[Q] How to enable session tracking in my android app?

hi,
I'm now developing my first Android application.
My application interacts with a web service using SOAP messages.
The web service sits in glassfish4 server.
So I want that every user that interacts with the web service will get a new instance of the class that represents the web service. I read that to do this, I need to add the @httpsessionScope annotation to the web service class. But what should I write on the client side, in the android application to enable the session tracking?
Thanks

Whatsapp Broadcast List. Techies need suggestions.

I need help with few things given below:
1. I have some broadcast groups on my phone to which I keep sending my regular business updates via phone. There are 256 members in each group. Now what happens it out of 256 only 75 to 100 members in each group receive my pictures which are updates and other ppl dont. How can I make sure every 1 gets my regular updates on daily basis and in timely manner.? Also when I open that web whatsapp online on my PC, I cannot copy all the pictures, I have to download each picture and copy it. Is there a way when browsing whatsapp online, I can download all the pictures with caption line information given alltogether from one single message and store it on my PC.
2. My 2nd thing in which I require help is since I use Samsung Galaxy Note 4 which I bought yesterday only, I need a good phone recorder which can automatically record my phone calls and keep it and I can delete each call recording on daily basis. So which one is the best would you suggest?
3. My 3rd thing is I get daily new ppl via whatsapp for my regular updates. So what I do is spend 30mins to 1 hr sending them all my previous pics updates also from past 1-2 yrs. Is there a way I can avoid that and send all the pics which are like 1000-2000 pics approximately at 1 shot to them without wasting so much time on each of them.
